Introduction
THELMA AILES DACUBA, 27 year old married to a 40 year old fisherman and they are blessed with two children 7 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. Presently residing at Novaliches, Quezon City. She is the second among her 8 siblings. Her 52 year old father is a fisherman while her 50 year old mother is a fish vendor in the market. She finished her secondary education at Buhi Lyceum year 2003. She previously worked as a Day Care volunteer for 5 years from June 2008 to June 2013. She had her maid employment experienced in the Philippines from 1993 to 2005 and served three Filipino families. Currently, she takes care of her children and doing household chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be honest and hard working. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered skilled and flexible in performing household chores such as cleaning and keeping the house in order, laundry and pressing of clothes, wash the dishes, marketing and gardening. As a mother of 2, she is confident in taking care of infant and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, giving assistance for their studies, playing with the children, organizing their school things and bringing and fetching them to there school. She experienced looking after a 72 year old female elderly who sufferred from stroke. She was responsible in giving her medication, bathing, feeding, and assisting in her physical exercises and other direct nursing care when needed. She has knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino food and willing to learn how to cook foreign dishes if given the chance. Aside from those duties she is also willing to do car washing and care for pets when necessary.
2) Philippines (Mar 1993 - May 2003 / May 2003 - Jan 2005 / Jun 2013-Present ) In 1993, she served a Filipino couple ages 75 year old male and a 72 year old female living in a 3-bedroom bungalow house. Her main duty was to attend to the needs of the 72 year old female elder who suffered from stroke. She was responsible in attending to her needs such as feeding, bathing, change clothes and diaper, also she monitor her medicines. At the same time she also works as an all-around housemaid, keeping the house clean, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, washing the dishes, cooking, marketing and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She only works for the couple every summer. In 2003, she served another Filipino Family living in a 3-bedrooms Bungalow house with 6 month old baby girl. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing household duties such as cleaning the whole house, laundry and pressing clothes, washing dishes, cooking, marketing and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also responsible to do the basic infant care, bathing, change clothes and diaper, steralize and clean the feeding bottle. In June 2013, she was hired by a Filipino Family living in a 3-bedroom 2-storey house with a 2 year old girl. Like her previous employment she was an all-around housemaid but her mainduty was to look after the child's needs.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo two weeks in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
Applicant reported for Medical and currently on NCII Training to expedite her application. She can be deployed faster from the rest as she will be going through the deployment process while awaiting prospective employer in Singapore. Available for interview daily.
