Introduction
JHOYLYN DIMOG CABBIGAT, 26 year old mother of a 5 year old son from Madela, Quirino Province. She is the ninth child among her 9 siblings. Her 61 year old is a housewife but her father already passed away. She finished her secondary education at Bagabag National High School year 2005, then she enrolled Caregiver Training for 6-months. She previously work as a Saleslady for 2-years. She had her maid employment experience in the Philippines from June 2003 to February 2013 and served four Filipino Family. Currently, she takes care of her child and doing household chores for her family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) The applicant claims to be hardworking and trustworthy . As an experienced housemaid, she is capable of doing household chores such as cleaning, washing and ironing clothes, dish washing, marketing . As a mother and eldest to the family, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is confident in taking care of young children and she is capable in performing basic duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies, preparing their school things and uniform, sending and fetching the children to school. For 2-years she experience taking care of her 76 year old father who suffered from tuberculosis. She was responsible on taking him a bath, feeding, change his clothes, prepare and assist him on his medicines. As to her cooking skills, she knows how to cook Filipino food and still keen to learn more especially in cooking other foreign dishes.
2) Philippines (June 2003 - March 2005 / June 2006 - March 2007/June 2009 - March 2010 / September 2012 - February 2013) On June 2003, worked for a Filipino family living in a 7-bedrooms 3-storey house with 12 a girl, 8 a boy, 6 and 2 girls. She was an all-around maid, responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing of clothes, marketing, cooking, and other house errands as instructed by her employer and other family members. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs as well. On June 2006, she served Filipino Family living in a 3-bedrooms Bungalow with 45 year old male who suffered from heart disease and stroke. Like her previous employer, she maintains the cleanliness of the house and does all other household duties instructed by her employer. She is also attending the needs of the adult. Then in June 2009, she served a Filipino family living in a 3-bedrooms apartment with four children ages 19, 16, 12 and 4. Like her previous employer, she maintains the cleanliness of the house and does all other household duties instructed by her employer. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs. Then on Septemcer 2012, she serve a Filipino Family living in a 2-bedrooms apartment with four children ages 12 , 9 both girls, 7 and 4 both boys. Like her previous employer, she maintains the cleanliness of the house and does all other household duties instructed by her employer. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and giving them enough attention for their daily needs.
3) With Maid Employment / experienced in Philippines. After selection to undergo two weeks in house Private training in Manila ( Accredited by TESDA ) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
