Introduction
MARIETA DUMLAO CASIGAY, a 53 year old married to a 58 year old farmer and blessed with 5 children ages from 36 to 17. Presently residing at Nueva Era, Ilocos Norte. She is the eldest child among her 5 siblings. Her 77 year old father is a farmer and her mother is already deceased. She finished her secondary education at Nueva Era Community High School year 1977, then she pursue her two years course of Computer Secretarial. She had her maid employment experience in Singapore from 1988 to January 2014 and served four Chinese Families. Currently, she is serving a Chinese Family living in a 3-storey house with two teenagers ages 19 and 17.
1) The applicant claims to be hardworking and trustworthy. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered efficient in doing household chores such as cleaning the house, laundry and pressing clothes, washing the dishes and marketing. As to her cooking skills, she know how to prepare and cook Filipino, Chinese, Western dishes and determined to learn cooking other foreign dishes. As a mother, she is familiar in handling infant and able to attend for their needs. She is also confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as preparing their daily meal, organizing their school things and uniform, playing with them, helping them with their homework , sending and fetching them to school. She is also willing to look after elderly person and prepared to be trained in giving them direct nursing care when needed.
2) Singapore (1988 - 1994 / January 2005 � July 2008 / August 2008 - October 2010 / October 2010 - Present) In year 1988, she served a Chinese Family living in a 2-storey house with two children ages 6 and 4. She is working as a full-time housemaid for the family and she is responsible in doing daily cleaning, washing and ironing of their clothes, washing the dishes, marketing, cooking and other household chores as instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also responsible in taking care of the children and giving them enough attention for their daily needs. She served the family for 6-years and finish the contract. On January 2005, she served a Chinese family living in a 2-storey house with two teenagers ages 17 and 15. She was an all-around maid, responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing of clothes, marketing, cooking, and other house errands as instructed by her employer and other family members. She served the family for 3-years and finish the contract. In August 2008, she was selected to work again for a Chinese family living in a 2-storey house with two children ages 14 and 10, also with a 92 year old elder. Her work is focus on attending the needs of the elderly who has lung complication such as feeding, bathing, toiletries, change clothes, also she is the one who administer the medicines. She also do household chores during her available time such as cleaning the house, laundry and pressing clothes, washing dishes, cooking and marketing. She served the family for 2-years and finish the contract. On October 2010, she is currently serving a Chinese family living in a 3-storey house with two teenagers ages 19 and 17. Like her previous employer she is an all-around housemaid maintaining the cleanliness of the house, cooking and other household tasks that needed to be done daily.
