Introduction
EDITHA ABRAJANO MADAYAG, a 37-year-old married to 38-year-old laborer and they are blessed of 5-children ages 1, 5, 8, 11 and 16-year-old from Cauayan, ISabela. She is the youngest child among her 2 siblings. Her 60-year-old father works as a farmer and her 55-year-old is a housekeeper. She accomplished her secondary education at Villa Concepcion National High School year 1996. She had her maid employment experienced in the Middle East at Qatar serving a Jordanian Family for 2-years. Currently, she is taking care of her children and doing household chores while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
1) An applicant who claims to be hardworking, trustworthy and honest when it comes to doing her work. As an experienced housemaid and mother, she can be considered proficient and flexible in performing household chores such as doing the laundry, pressing clothes, keeping the house in order, cleaning the whole house, washing the dishes and marketing. As a mother, she is confident in taking care of infant and able to attend their basic needs such as preparing milk, bathing, changing their clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and checking their body temperature. She can also handle young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, playing with the children, preparing their school things, helping them with their homework and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is also experienced looking after an 86-years-old elderly person with diabetes she was responsible in giving direct nursing care such as bathing, feeding, changing diaper and giving medication and perform necessary duties that needed. She has knowledge in cooking Filipino dishes and can follow instructions through cook book and still keen to learn more for her improvement.
2) Qatar (2009-2011) worked for a Jordanian family living in a 4-bedroom Flat house with 2 children ages 5 and 10- years-old. She was an all-around maid wherein she was responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the house and doing household chores, assist her employer every cooking time, and attending to the needs of the children. She served the family for 2 years.
3) As she has working experience of 2 years overseas other than Singapore as she only needs to take the POEA processing in Philippines. She can be deployed faster than new as she will not undergo the one week in house training in Philippines. Recommended salary to be S$500.00
