Introduction
Beneria Cecilio, 33 years old and a mother of 2 children ages 9 & 13 years old. Her husband is working as a driver and that is the reason why she need to work abroad for their chidlren's future. Her father is a farmer while her mother is housekeeper. She has 1 brother and two sisters where she is the 2nd child. She is looking forward to work again in Singapore for their family needs especially for her children education and future.
Employer 1 - April 2005 to March 2007 - to Chinese employers for 2 years in a residential house with 5 members of the family (all adult) She worked along with the another maid but mostly she does housekeeping while the other maid who is Indonesia nationality does the cooking. Contract finished . $320.00 with line day off only.
Employer 2 - May 2007 to February 2009 - to Chinese Employer for 1 and half year . Her employer is living in a condominium with 3 bedrooms with 3 members of the family ( Sir & Mdm and their 3 months old baby). They hired her to take care of their 3 months old baby and at to be an all around housemaid. She does cooking and all the household chored. She went home earlier than her contract . Salary is $350.00 with one day off.
Employer 3 - My 2009 to December 2011 - To a Chinese Employer living in 5 hdb room with 3 bedrooms. The family is composed of 8 members (Sir/Mdm, the children ages 5, 12 & 17 with employer mother ages 70 yrs old, including her employers cousin. She is an all around housemaid doing houskeeping, child minding , cooking , laundry and ironing the clothes. Her salary is only $400.00 and requesting an increment but her employer said that it is only their budget so she decided to go home and rest for while until she get ready to work abroad again.
Asking Salary $520.00 with 4 days off.
