Introduction
LUCILA SALDIVAR JAVIER, a 36-year-old, married to a 38-year-old farmer and blessed to have 2 children ages 11 and 13 year-old from Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. She is the sixth child among her 7 siblings. Her 77-year-old father works as a farmer while her 72-year-old mother is a housewife. She finished and completed her secondary education at Narvacan National Central High School year 1994 and afterwards took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Northern Philipinnes and graduated year 1999. She had her maid employment experience in UAE in 2004 where she served an Arab Family with 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 3-years-old. Then in 2006, she was selected to work in Singapore for a Singaporean-Chinese Family with 3 children ages 8,10 and 13 year-old. She served the family for 4 years. Since 2010 up to present she is serving a Chinese Family living in a 3-bedroom condominium while waiting for her application to be selected.
1) An applicant who claims to be determined and hardworking and is capable of doing domestic duties and will do her best in order to satisfy her employer's expectations towards work. As an experienced housemaid, she can be considered proficient in doing basic household chores such as cleaning, pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing the dishes and marketing. As to her cooking skills, she has the ability in preparing Filipino, Chinese and Western dishes and determined to learn more especially in cooking other foreign kinds of dishes. As a mother of 2, she is capable in handling infants and able to do its basic care duties such as preparing milk, feeding soft food, bathing, changing its clothes and diaper, sterilizing baby utensils and attending for their other needs. She is also knowledgeable in taking care of young children and capable in feeding, bathing, preparing their school things and uniform, playing with the children and sending and fetching them to and from school. She is also willing to do simple sewing and basic gardening.
2) UAE (Nov 2004- May 2005) served an Arab Family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with a 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 3-years-old. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in taking care of the children and attending its daily needs. She served the family for 6 months.
3) Singapore (June 2006 � March 2010 / March 2010 - Present) worked for a Chinese-Singaporean family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with 3 children ages 8,10,13. She worked as an all-around helper for the family and she is responsible in doing housekeeping duties such as pressing clothes, doing the laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the whole house, marketing, cooking and other house errands as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member. She is also accountable in looking after the needs of the children. She finished her contract and served the family for 4 years. Then in March 2010 up to present is she serving a Chinese-Singaporean Family with living in a 3 bedroom condominium with a 16 year-old teen. Like her previous employer, she worked as an all around helper for the family. She is on her 3rd year working for the family.
